Education

Bunya Roman Catholic Mission School (1961 - 1966); Rundu Secondary School Form I and II (1967 – 11968); Dobra Training College Form II and III (1969 - 1970); Dobra Training College as Primary School Teacher (1971 - 1972); Augustineum Training College as Standard 9 and 10 Teacher (1973 - 1974); Enrolled to study Arts and Law at the University of Fort Hare (1975); September/October my study was interrupted by the Student Riots which started in Soweto on 16th June (1976)
 

Career

Teacher at the Katutura Secondary School in Biology and Agriculture (1977 - 1989); Member of the SWAPO Windhoek Branch Executive Committee in different positions including serving as chairperson (1977 - 1989); Detained under AG 26 for about 6 months (1978); Detained under AG26 for the second time (1979-1980); Detained under AG 9 at Osire (1982); Founding member of the Namibia National Teachers Union (NANTU) (1988); Elected as the First President of NANTU at A Shipena Secondary School in Katutura (March 1988); Appointed as election Director in the Region of Kavango and Tsumkwe Area (1989)
