Hon. Yelena Perminova, Chairperson of the Committee on Social Policy and Head of the Friendship Group for Cooperation who is leading a delegation of Russian MPs visiting Namibia, has appealed for continued strong bilateral relations between the two countries including parliament to parliament cooperation. She further sympathised with Namibians on the recent passing of President, Dr. Hage Geingob, describing the late President as having contributed significantly to the Namibian-Russia bilateral relations.
