Rafael Hangula
Honourable Kennedy Simasiku, Regional Councillor for the Katima Mulilo Urban Constituency and member of the Swapo Party, was sworn in today as a member of the 6th National Council of the Parliament of Namibia.
The swearing-in ceremony was presided over by Honourable Mr. Justice Hosea Angula at the Supreme Court in Windhoek.
Honourable Simasiku replaces Honourable John Likando, former Councillor for the Kabbe South Constituency, who now serves in the National Assembly.
