Career 1987- Teacher and head of the department at Kandjimi Murangi Secondary School in the then Kavango region, also assisted in the establishment of the ELCIN church – private school, Nkurenkuru high school.

1994 To 1998- Regional Education Officer (Deputy Director Level) At the Rundu Regional Office, Ministry Of Basic Education And Culture.

1998 To 2000- Promoted As an Under-Secretary: Department of Women Affairs in the Office of the Founding President, H.E Dr. Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma;

2000- Transferred To the Newly Established Ministry of Women Affairs and Child Welfare as An Under-Secretary.

2002- Promoted As the Deputy Permanent Secretary of The Ministry Of Women Affairs and Child Welfare;

2004- Appointed As a Permanent Secretary of The Ministry Of Women Affairs and Child Welfare.

2012- Transferred To Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Regional and Local Government, Housing and Rural Development.

2014- Appointed As the First Regional Governor of Newly Created Kavango West Region By H.E Hifikepunye Pohamba.

2015- Re-Appointed as Governor of Kavango West Region By H.E Hage Geinbob

2025- Sworn In As A Member Of The 8th Parliament On 20 March 2025

Rural Development to Advocate For; Communities to Have Basic Needs Such as Water, Electricity, Roads and Communication Networks. To Create Market and to Create Small Industries to Help Stimulate Local Economy
