President of the Republic of Namibia, H.E. Dr. Nangolo Mbumba is addressing the newly sworn in Members of the 6th session of the Children’s Parliament drawn from schools in all 14 regions of Namibia.. President Mbumba is imploring new members to be inclusive in their representation hailing successes of the previous sessions such as the increase in the disability grants for orphans and vulnerable children. Mbumba is further urging members of the Children’s parliament to successfully tackle issues such as the high failure rate and increase in school drops, particularly for the boy child.
